Ever wonder if you're the type to bring cupcakes to a potluck or the type to tell someone their cupcakes are mid, but didn't bring anything to share with the rest (not even the good vibes)? This 16-question personality quiz gets delightfully honest about whether you're naturally sweet, irreversibly salty, or some chaotic mix of both. It reads your fashion choices, food preferences, how you treat strangers, what you do behind closed doors, and — most importantly — your most toxic traits to land you on a spectrum that might surprise you.

The results aren't just funny; they're weirdly accurate. Neon vibes, sassy commentary, and zero judgment (okay, maybe a little judgment, but the fun kind). Take it to find out if you're Honey-Sweet, Seasoned Perfection, or Simply Toxic — because sometimes knowing your flavor is the first step to owning it.

Heads up — The experience below might not be the best on mobile, so I encourage you to take the quiz by clicking the button:

Are You Sweet or Salty?

For whatever reason, I have always been interested in salt. I thought it would be fun to create digital experiences and quizzes, particularly now that we have more tools that allow us to quickly build experiences that would take more time to figure out the logic, build the code on your own, or design from scratch.

Now, we can concentrate on the storytelling and design, while we get support on the back-end of the experience. I am realizing I enjoy my craft more because I get to concentrate on what I want to be doing and not with the work that I don’t. I love telling stories digitally and visually. That has been my goal most of my career so far, but it used to not be this easy.

I had big creative ideas, tight budgets, a lack of technology, and a plate full of meetings that could have been a Slack message or chat and designs to deliver. My teams always loved the ideas and always wished we could do interactive infographics, as well as the client, they wanted it. Faced with these challenges, we created visually compelling infographics that we added to webpages or would share on social media. It was a standard, but there was always a desire to innovate.

The evolution of infographics, digital visuals, and interactive design.

Before Canva, you would have to not only pay for an expensive tool and access to resources, but also train your designers on that tool, and carve out the capacity for them to concentrate on building those experiences. Budgets often didn't go to initiatives like these because of the undertaking and expense. Now, instead of getting hung up on the logic of a flowchart, creating more noise on social media, or hours of coding, we can use Canva AI to help us build interactive experiences with less effort and much faster. From quizzes, to interactive card activities, or calculators, you can create embedable experiences that are much more interactive and engaging. It is not perfect, but it is changing every day, very fast. I have been using Canva for a while, but since this technological boom is happening, I have experienced a much faster result that is actually useful. Now brands and creators can build tools that relate to their industry, content, interests, or curiosities.

Sign up, take the quiz, tell me in the comments if you are sweet or salty! Not ready? Don't worry, I will continue to explore and discuss how to use Canva, AI, and think about the impact on how we work, live, and put at risk.
